Leslie Arnelle recognize the importance of protecting the privacy
of all consumers who visit the website www.lesliearnelle.com
(the "Site"). All "personal information" that you give to us will be
protected and kept confidential among Leslie Arnelle and its
affiliated companies in accordance with the provisions set forth
in this Privacy Policy. When we use the term "personal information"

District of Columbia and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of the
US District Court of the District of Columbia otherwise, these Terms,
your use of this Site and any dispute between us shall be governed by
the laws of District of Columbia and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction
of and venue in, the state courts located in the US District Court of the
District of Columbia and in the federal courts located in Washington, DC.
